Calibration Service
We all know that even the most robust gauges become less accurate the more they are used. At Ocean Engineering, we understand the importance of establishing a full and regular calibration programme with today’s high accuracy requirements.

Pressure gauges used on test equipment shall be calibrated at least semi-annually. Master gauges or dead weight testers shall be calibrated at least annually.
Our equipment is UKAS accredited, and our certification complies with all ISO 9000 and similar QA bodies.
Our range of equipment will calibrate your high and low Pressure/Vacuum gauges, both analogue and digital. We also calibrate Pressure Relief Valves, Pressure Switches and Transducers. Calibration of your equipment will be done at our workshops and we offer a twenty-four hour turnaround service, which means we will return your equipment complete with certification within twenty-four hours of receipt.
If you are in a remote area, such as a Drilling Rig etc, you also have the option of using our on-site Calibration Service, where one of our Engineers will arrive at your location with our Portable Calibration Equipment. This equipment is intrinsically safe and can be used in all volatile situations.
Our Engineers will calibrate:
- Pressure ranges from 2.5mbar upwards
- Calibration to an accuracy of 0.025%
- Pressure and Vacuum Gauges
